Satellite Meetings for PPPS-2013!

At the conference we recognize that there is often a need to conduct concurrent meetings during the conference! We have booked a limited number of meeting rooms for your use.

Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and availability is not guaranteed. All meetings related charges incurred through the hotel will be the responsibility of the group requesting space.

To book a meeting room please complete the Meeting Request Form. Forms must be completed and returned to pppsmcm@ieee.org by 5 April 2013.
